Had a buy stop on Euro set at 1.0768, triggered but it's not taking off as expected, should have jumped in earlier....

Hi. Because that's what the market did after the initial knee-jerk spike up, is the only real answer maybe? We don't always know why, or should I say it isn't always obvious why. Perhaps it was because sell orders were waiting @ the potential res zone the immediate post data hi/current dly hi hit,? (ie the prev 1hr/4hr sw hi zone that extends up to 2611,) and got filled by the buy-side liquidity created by that initial spike up on the data release? There is a guy that should be fired for gross incompetence! How can he possibly say that the BOC will cut rates 5x unless the system is being manipulated? Yeah I know it probably is being manipulated but he isn't supposed to tell the public that! It undermines confidence that the system actually has a purpose and is being well managed.

Cable is hurting my nerves.
There are times in which I can spot it perfect to the pip, and there are times in which I just cannot understand what the fuck is happening.

So, being it the second scenario, and since my account stats clearly say that I got shitloads profits on other instruments in last 2 months, and adding that I personally don't give a shit if money is coming from commodities, indices, cryptos or whatever, and furthermore I have a limited space in my screens so will use that space for other better instruments. So in summary:
I stop on trading the cable for a while
It really makes no sense to me an instrument where price goes nowhere. I need to trade instruments where price.... goes!

In the past, cable was very good, but the more time goes on, the worse it becomes.
Even the EUR USD is better than Cable, and this is something really to think about.
It's not about having a trend, it's about the way it moves, tightening ranges on every damn timeframe!!

Will come back on cable once I see it moving again, and showing something to make me feel it's good to trade it again.
be it next week or next year I don't know.
