The short position in EURUSD, H4CandleHigh, is slowly declining, and it is strongly pushing down H1CandleHigh. H4CandleLow has been raised from a distance below, but will it cross with H1CandleLow and DownBreak? What about the H4Candle, London reaction?

yep closed with 5 pips loss the moment i checked dxy… it has huge upside potential daily looks riped to fly upside.. this week cable losses continues….. trying one last short trade now targeting 1.26……

checked on tradeview
the rejection area is the yellow one.
the red circle shows prev resistance which is somehow broken
but the area to watch still is the yellow one.
lately, strong move up in usd jpy fueled the index. But as you know, eurusd is the main to watch and the one who fueled the more in recent moves.

must be cautious with assumptions!

Usdx so far is in strong resistance and the scenario can completely reverse or continue.
eur usd is in important key support
cable also

as long as supports and resistances are there, what we do is buy the support and sell the resistance,
or are we going to sell hoping the support to brake, buy the falling knife, sell the flying rocket and buy hoping for the resistance to be broken?



Yesterday 2580 gave an important stop to the move, and sent price back where it started from, faster, and stronger.
this, to me, is something to keep in mind

zerohedge is just one out of thousands similar out there, maybe the most popular one ? I don’t know but I just personally don’t care about.

maybe are you trying to advertise yourself because you are better than zerohedge?

I mean, nothing personal but I personally know nothing about yields, bond auctions, I don’t how they are done.
what I know is that they are key important for the markets, mostly usd related ones, and knowing we are at very high % could mean that soon we see things chilling down ?

this yellow area is a very strong resistance. nothing changed much, no impluses this week and no important news.

price rose form this level and broke up to stop later near 1.28
lately price came back down due to NFP strong release followed by strong usd data.

now we are back to support after a 200/250 pips move down.
to b/o this support, and having a continuation downtrend to meet with the lower area to get as low as 1.23/1.22 and 1.21 (or lower)
we need important GBP weakness or insanely strong USD
otherwise, we will more likely stay within this range (1.25/1.28) for more time, bouncing up/down.

my question is:
do we have reasons coming up soon in UK to weaken the GBP?
do we have reasons in the USA to strengthen the USD?

I’m not really good at fundamentals, I know there are people in here very good at it, so please, an insight would be very helpful for this thread full of technical traders like me.

After rising, the dollar yen and H1 are deflating like a balloon deflating. However, D1 is making a big UPGap and rising. There is also a gap below, and the strong upward trend continues. Even in H1, if you look closely, H4High is pointing upwards. There is a high possibility that it will rise again as soon as the adjustment is completed. Therefore, I think it is efficient to go long against the dollar straight currencies such as the pound and the euro by going against the drop.
