what are thoughts behind when the market falling.
is it looking for a 4hr pullback to 1.26?

is 1.255 or 1.25 a place to start long?

I think there is gonna be a bad reaction to pmi today cause gbpusd to rip up 100+ pips I'm banking on that to make some nice profits

I'd say 1.25 the very least before market exhaustion and a big pull back although on the monthly gbpusd is bearish and weekly as well so the pullback is a reversal so gotta watch out for that

You do your little math exercise in the past 4 hrs DXY goes up 30 pips and GU goes down 55 pips.
What is the weighting of GU in DXY? Not a linear, balanced move....

...the bears have used the p/backs from hopeful bears to sell @ a slight premium. Shallow p/backs have been sold all London session so far. (Look at the character of the 1hr downtrend and the intraday story!) The bears are currently in control. Any fanciful long targets have been just that. 69% 30day adr traveled so far today. Yrly pivot @/around 2558 is in view for the bears, perhaps even that prev sw lo zone down to 2500? price challenging to of aprev 1hr/minor 4hr sw hi zone now = prev res = pot rbs

I think something very important to see is the volume of all the trade ! they never give us so easy money when everyone take one side but this is only my opinion.

Strong bear action continues in extension, sr 2580 broken, next sr around 2550,, so competing 2549 weekly close too early. Anyway 2580 to 2550 support may react, before test confirmation 2495. so carefull. Take care
