There are slightly different tweaks for every time series. The default settings are for 1 hr and 4 hr.
Key tweaks I made:
Neighbors count 5-10
Increase the max bars back to 3000
Use regime filter -.5
Lookback window 9, relative weighting 6
Regression level 15
enhance kernal smoothing lag 3
I don't use the signals but the winloss ratio is over 2.5 and the winrate tends to be over 70% suggesting that the candle colors and the kernel line are accurate.
If you watch Justin Dehorty's video he suggests that you also use his Nadaraya Watson Rational Quadratic Kernel (non repainting) to complement the AI.
