By now all eyes are on the FOMC meeting today and Powell's press conference. (that where price will react not at Interest Rates)
Assume, there won't be any interest rate cuts, FED will keep rates steady.

The focus is on the press conference, where investors are eager to get information about the end of QT, likely to happen in March.
( This will be interesting, as price will want to hear how JayPow going to handle this)

As at now , the process of reducing the FED's balance sheet hasn't affected the markets much, thanks to rising net liquidity since February 2023.
(Market is flying like no limit to the sky)

Thanks to , Yellen, she has been working hard to counteract the effects of FED's QT, and so far, she has succeeded.

To sum it up:
QT is expected to end in March. Thus we will see reaction for US Indexes (Dow, Nasdaq S&P) to get boost up till then

Say,,,,,(assuming) first rate cut may happen in May or June.
We cross to quantitative easing (QE), ( they switch on the printer) and historically low interest rates since 2008, then liquidity start to build up, stock are not attactive anymore. Investor take the money out and invest somewhere else.

Do you think JayPow will be able to hold on to keep FED rate steady until March ?

I don't use ICT or SMC for trading.
Instead, I use a combination of WCYCKOFF, support and resistance (SNR), and some Elliott Wave (EW) principles in my trading.

I try to use simple language and avoid ancient WCYKOFF terminology on my charts so that others can easily understand what I'm talking about.
My goal is to make it easy for people to follow my trading approach.
