You will loose focus in your trading if you do so.

We are here to trade, share info, methods etc.

By arguing with others, we loose concentration.

this range can hurt my nerves

Must not get used to this scenario because it’s really unusual.
Today I noticed I was unable to trade oil which, meanwhile, printed a strong bullish setup.
While charting the cable, was unable to perceive a different scenario.

luckily did not pull the trigger there, prefered to avoid and wait.

all this being said, hopefully tomorrow and start of new week, things will get better
