I know probably the wrong place for it but here is a powershell script that I created by combining several other scripts to clear logs, temp files, cache files and so on from windows that can often cause problems and slow things down. You have to run powershell as an administrator and then run this script. You can check what the script does with an editor. After running this script run the windows disk cleaner as well and then reboot your computer. {file}
