Not sure you read Nasdaq and AI, Warren Buffet invested in NASDAQ. Missed to sell today, but waiting and monitoring it's behaviours. Microsoft is also a goodie.

you think they will increase UK rates, it will kill millions of mortgage payers. Cant remember how many but think a few million have just come off fixed rates. Hope for them rates dont increase. personally im ok as house paid off years ago

Hi Sister.

More rate hikes will just cause a stagflation.
Maybe a .25% cut could lower these numbers.

Prices are still rising faster than the Fed likes, even though the pace is slowing.
This puts the Fed in a pickle: raise rates and risk hurting the economy, or wait and hope inflation falls on its own.
They likely won't cut rates until prices truly cool down.
