Friday nasdaq after unemployment data. First lose, the rest are correct.
The longest rectangle is the level from m30

The candle you have highlighted is at 9.50 (10 minutes before market open) and I do not take trades until the market has opened.
I have not traded this system on 3min charts and the lowest timeframe I would recommend is 15m charts.
If you trade 3m timeframe I cannot help you. I have had a look at the 5 and 15m charts and I would not take a short position on either time frames.
This type of trading is not for everyone, however if you want more clarification feel free to post some charts with questions and I will be happy to help. And please no indicators on your charts.

OK, 10min befor open is convincing. I shared also other position in gbpusd.The market is fractal, I used 3m for more examples.
But in general, I'm saying that setting levels on candle history is a simple matter. Start doing it in real time and show here .

S/R designation is discretionary. In the case of both places from the line chart it would give a good entries. but for me, my zone lower down is fresher and more decisive. You chose the first one because the candle wick looks nice.

it's all simple and useful. But as long as this is fun with history, it will remain just drawing. What is the difference between your m5 audusd zone designation, post number 215. From my gbpusd 3m? Nothing for me. Both are correct and discretionary.

Hi Pelagiusz,
If you take another look at the candlestick chart on post 215 you will notice that I plot rectangles from the wick back to the candle body. The wicks are important as they show the amount of rejection. You are also highlighting candles in what I call the dead zone. The Dead zone is a time when the market goes quiet usually before after the open. Another thing, Friday was NFP day and I only trade the Asian Session on NFP day due to the volatility. My trading system is 100% win rate and you will get stopped out. If you would like to learn more about this method of trading I would recommend you open up a 15m and 30m charts in the background of your trading system and just watch for the next two weeks how the market trades during market opens. There is usually 1.5hrs of good trading time. I will do my part to answer your questions and post charts to show you how beneficial It will be in learning to use line charts with no indicators.

Hi Traders,
This mornings trade. Just to show we all make mistakes. I shorted AJ 15m and wife wanted to go to beach for a swim so I put trade into breakeven only to come home and see I had missed out on a 7.5R TP
There will always be trades like these.

Hi Rob, moving average are only for general view , i often forget about them. I'm pullback trader , looking for good places to swing low/high and other methods, but most important for me (also for you) is correct reaction in zone. So line chart open my eyse even more. How with great precision i can drawing my zone in multi TF.

H1- definitely break of structure- i designate last swing- usually is there low and high, chart line give me precision.
M15- two local zone and low swing h1 persepective. Potencial Entry
M5- only after confirm on the zone candle wick to high TF(h1/m15). Entry size scaling.

The retest (mirror level) is one of my favorite patterns. However, I have to analyze the behavior of price and waves bar by bar in order not to make a mistake.

Morning morning . I trying also with JPY pairs. Reaction for to open was excelent for short. But i was a bit busy, so i was try join a little late.
I used m5 and m3 TF for entry trade. In higher TF , in my perspective , price is in large range of H1.

It takes practice to spot these trades, so stick with it and you will see progress.
