ADR of a holiday will show as it is shown there.

ADR is different than current day range.

I don’t see any particular bearish sign in quarterly.
i just see this quarter blowing completely previous one which was kind of correction
I don’t certainly see something like a 6 months downside move just because of a number.

Sounds like you are on the right track to me.

I only trade NQ or ES on the DOM/Heatmap combo which I agree are the best tools for those pairs (I would say all pairs).
Footprints are my secondary chart because there's no way you can remember what happen two hours ago on the DOM
On 6B its mostly a waste of any traders talents because the liquidity is very thin outside a couple of hours a day as you know.
Yes CL is great as is Gold, but you need to be a master of one market than a slave to many.

Planning to Sell NQ ?- I'm still on my break for Chrismas and chosing to waste my time writing post on Forex Factory rather than risking money during thin liquidity periods.

because if there is no well-functioning solution to this problem, then this must be solved.
I have not found a solution to this problem.
I just don't understand why this problem needs to be hidden.

How do I treat DD.

We all have a weakness and for years I didn't know what my weakness was. I thought it was averaging down for years and years because I would have great weeks then give much of it back by averaging down and therefore suffering high DD before I would just accept a loss.
This cycle continued for years (maybe I'm slow because it took me 5 years to become profitable) till I decided to input all my trading data into a software program that may highlighted any issues I may have.

Now I'm like thinking it's going to tell me what I already knew "stop bloody averaging down". - but it told me something else.
It told me this "Your'e moving your bloody Stop all the fuckin time"

Now I'm like WOW, I move my stop?, You mean averaging down is OK as long as I honour my stop?

Thats how you solve your DD issue, place a Stop and don't touch it.

But now I had a bigger issue, if I don't want to move my stop - I would need to be enter trades with a higher winrate percentage.

SO THATS THE PROBLEM SOLVED FOR YOU AS WELL

Find a strategy where your win rate is over 80% and place a tight stop.
For me, I had to ditch Candle Charts and move to a Data Based trading system like a Footprint Chart or a DOM to get those stat's.
