Robinhood is just a rank amateur without any understanding on why money is being applied to Forex markets.

He can’t even name one corporation- starting to feel sorry for the guy.

Just asking you to discuss things in ways that the majority of us can understand. When you talk of beating corporations it makes zero sense because your talking about going up against companies who literally control the forex market and other markets.
Seriously what is the point of attempting to take on those guys? All we do is anticipate their moves and make sure were on the right side of the trade and I couldn't give a flying fuck what the big corps do.
I've had a great december trading, best in a long while and what the prop firms do never enters my mind.

ok, let me explain.
market is a place where trillions of $ enter to buy/sell instruments for thousands of different reasons. Mostly.. to make profits.
the result is an erratic up/down movement in any price.
some players have giant accounts, some have just few hundreds or less.
some understand why a price is low / high and don’t care about a 1 to 3 % move against their price.
some don’t understand (mostly retail) and try to read reasons based in indicators missing the important part: there is a reason why goes up or down, indicators follow.
Nobody needs to screen the internet catching profitable traders to f. them off. They will f. them selves off, there is no need to do anything.

let me explain better:
I trade cable and oil.
lately oil was going down. Mostly down. You can check any chart indicator and tell yourself that at some point, price reversed up. But it’s just illusion. The illusion to bring the low for a further rise. The best trades are short.
at a certain point price was very low and most started buying. Now you check charts and it shows buy opportunities.
You find the same in usd cad. Shows oversold, shows bottoming, shows buy, but still goes down.

the difference between being good or bad, is in how one perceive price moves.
the differce between being profitable or lose the account, is in how much leveraged you are.

You talk about corporations… I don’t know what you really mean. I don’t care personally… it’s your opinion.
Everybody has personal opinions. I also have mine.
but this is a place where we post about trading ideas and views. Specifically about gbp/usd in this thread.

im glad you are good in your btc trading, hope you will get tonnes out of it.
but btc is something I’m not trading and I don’t care about.

Yes. This is how it should be. I post my trading scenarios as everybody else. Now, i am not going to put up with a bunch of insults and disrespects . I will keep fighting back explaining why this is happenning.
THis corp has a dilema now:

1.-we cannot wipe his account which is unprecedent.
2.-we need to make him look like he is crazy.
3.-At the same time, we need to have him close.
4.-Need to find out his strategy.

yes difficult task.

maybe the solution is: stop trading against him. And robinhood leaves FF

I trade with the market not against anybody no matter how well my balance will reach.
I will not teach others so it falls into non desired hands
so no fear towards me

Sometimes you see a battle going on between Bears and Bulls that most retail don't even know is happening.
What it looks like is price is not reallly moving much but in reality huge sums of money are being placed in order to either push price down or push price up. These battles often occur when price has come down or gone up and is trading sideways for a while...
Were talking billions here and unless your in that catagory no one is trading against you....The only way they trade against you is by trading against a whole bunch of traders stop loss levels or what seems to be random movement in price getting retail traders and inexperienced prop traders to lose their nerve.
But no one is deliberately trading against your positions Robinhood!
Retail makes up 5% of the forex market
Drilling down to the 1 minute chart and you'll see price looks as if it acts like an auction because that is what is happening....one edge you can develope is seeing the buying and selling as an auction

Nice post, but can I correct you on one think.

50% of money spend in the Forex Exchange markets is for the purpose of business operations between large Companies / Banks in different countries.
30% is arbitrage trading by Hedge Funds, Quant Firms looking for an edge BETWEEN markets
20% of profits in Forex exchange transactions are made out of directional movements which is how retail traders mainly trade.

Therefore Directional Movement has little to do with the making of Trillions of dollars every day on the forex exchange.
Which is why

YOU SHOULDN'T FOLLOW THE LARGE PLAYERS, YOU SHOULD TRADE AGAINST SMALL PLAYERS

Robinhood has it wrong saying we should trade with the Market. We should identify how small traders are trading and trade against them.

there is no corp“trying” to make you look crazy, you are making yourself look crazy with your self obsessed conspiracy theory outlined in your points 1, 2, 3 and 4 above. Don’t you realise companies, banks etc just don’t care about you and your tiny account within a trillion $ market?? Are you so full of yourself That you think the market is panicking because they can’t crush your tiny retail account? Your ongoing and relentless paranoia about corps and banks watching your tiny retail account is all it is, paranoia. It’s not actually real no matter how many times you rave on about it.
