if the bull continues, we can’t rule out the years high which makes a decent area 130-13150 to look for shorts

Bones, you might be right but on the daily chart, there is the possibility of 250 pips correction—unacceptable DD for the day trader.

What happened/where we are;
* The (142% 13 wk awr) Wkly candle closed bullishly. A H @ 2732 after the LH @ 2337, HL @ 2669 and what will be, by the close of this week's candle a 2nd HL @ 2500. There will be a HH on this t/f when it prints fractally @ this week's 2794 hi, or higher. This t/f may be @ the start of an uptrend?
* Friday's Dly (125% of 30day adr) candle closed bearishly, and barring the broker spread widening @ open close as dark cloud cover to Thursday's bullish thrust dly candle? (Double top anybody?) The t/f remains in a general uptrend and after the slight LL @ 2500 there is now a H (above the last HH which was @ 2732.)
* The 4hr closed in a weakened general uptrend after a HL then a LH 1st test of the pot res zone to the 2794 wkly hi - achieved on Thursday. The last candle close on this t/f was the 3rd consecutive bearish-bodied candle close.
* 1hr closed the week in what may be the beginnings of a so far classic downtrend. It's last candle close was a small range doji after the last but one bearish engulfing close.

What's next?
As always, no one knows for sure. Don't let them tell you they do! The wkly candle close would seem to suggest more upside at some point, but the 1hr downtrend and weakness in the 4hr uptrend, to say nothing of Fri's dly bearish dark cloud cover thrust candle close would seem to suggest there could be more downside before that? It will be the week going into the Xmas break next trading week commencing Monday so volumes and liquidity could begin to suffer as the week goes on. This could manifest itself as either exaggerated moves and/or ranginess? It is therefore probably unlikely that there will be an upside extension above the 3142 current yrly hi this coming week, unscheduled event risks allowing? Remember though - anything can happen!

the problem with this chart is that yes you’re right about the potential double top . But that weekly is a strong bullish candle indicating buyers are in control . I say wait for a good bearish 4HR candle coming down first so we know there are sell orders there . Just my opinion but we need more information
