Waiting for price to come down to 2720-2730ish area which is a concentrated area of Daily Pivot, 23.6 fib, and triple top November high. Will be a great place to long from here to R1 area which is 2836 on my chart.

G/A, hope this week so far (on last trading day,) has treated everyone well. Good to read Mr Fanciful may be 'turning a corner.' Just had a quite thread-free week's trading here.

4 x consecutive bullish-bodied dly candles so far this week with y/day's (> 30day adr) big bullish thrust upside follow-thru on wed's hammer-esq dly candle. So far today kinda rangy consolidation on 1hr with a slight downside false 1st break of the Asian lo then a false 1st upside break of Asian hi. price has now twice encountered supply in the prev 4hr/dly/minor wkly sw hi zone that extends up to 2800, = prev res = port res. Needless to say the dly/4hr general uptrends are still intact (with an upside breach of the wkly desc t/line that joined 3142 [current yrly hi] with 2732 y/day.) There is still (a more messy) 1hr general uptrend too in play, - all correct @ time of writing..

Yellow statements are interpreted as dovish. Orange qualifier is still present and very clear. That's it, as long as the general direction is right they will lower rates before 2% as per Powell's own words on Wednesday.
Powell is trying to say he can be so accurate in the landing he can anticipate avoiding any overshoot to deflation. The fact is their useless at projecting anything.
Don't be surprised if being @2% isn't a factor in the next decision.
Even though the market has spoken on the event and Powell spoke to the 2% target you would argue the whole event wasn't dovish and they won't lower until they get there with an opinion piece.

Graphic in top left of 4hr chart below shows current state of 10/20/40 ema crosses. 1st downside fib cluster is currently 2703-2693, a 3 fib cluster, assuming up-move hi of 2794 holds. Market so far today has been perhaps tripping some tight retail stops, 1st below the Asian lo, then above the Asian hi?

Looks bull too worry now, fear to fobis likly after 2739 breaks again! Fakeout below 2746 but create a double top so far. So failure after multiple attempt should be great, 2702 may not hold then next if 2739 breaks and hold! Take care

...we could see potential rbs / demand kick in anywhere down to circa 2700 (re dly/4hr chart,) from current levels if tested? Ie there are prev sw hi's there on dly/4hr/1hr.

...there is a repeating pattern of bullish hidden div on 1hr present now, which may stay valid and develop further on any deeper drop, so long as above 2617. Could well develop on 2hr also whilst above that 2617 level. It would come @ at least a LL obn 1hr but this may well/sub-optimally coincide with a potential L on 4hr (better @ a potential HL) - next higher t/f in the t/f combo where an uptrend exists.
