Bullish morning not sure if NYO will change the PA however it could be a day of correction post NFP

Forex trading has really changed and it keeps evolving.... It crawls 80% of the times these days and frustrate the hell of out of position and swing traders, while the remaining 20% of the times it explodes in a one way traffic.

It's become harder now to profit due to the nature of these movements as it tests one's patience resolve and yet defies both technical and fundamental logic sometimes. Classic example... Good NFP, Hourly Wage and Unemployment rate still not good enough for selling follow through.

I have to adjust that for the past two years I have been struggling to come to terms with these slow motion and sudden explosion movements. Scalping was so rewarding in lower time frames in the past as lots of up and down movement usually occured then but now Swing can also let you wait in vain.

Maybe I'm one of the few seeing this aspect of forex market change or it's just my psychology that is being messed up.

Whichever way, adaptability is key for survival in all aspects of life as the only thing that's constant in life is change.

i have also noticed that precise approaches or systems work worse than before.

i think that more and more algorithms change and influence what happens.

for example, i only test forwards and no longer backwards.

everything must be more robust than before.

but everyone has different experiences i guess.
trading is like dancing, don't think and just listen to the music!
