Looking for an advise. I always jam my positions at breakeven when I go to sleep to protect my account. From the past experience the market comes back to take me out before continuing in the direction I've decided to go with. I don't use trailing stops as they have never proven to work correctly for me. Maybe that's got to do with my broker. Meaning - I get taken out by my broker because they increase the spread as soon as I enable the trailing stop. Any advise will be appreciated.

Thank you for your reply. I agree but I hate to see when I miss out on some big move in the London session. I usually see a big spike that takes me out before the continuation.
