On a day like today? Well, that's EASY! Firstly, I fail to notice the fucking ECB having a talk, then I proceed to under guess the days range and volatility by the size of the average American woman (mobility scooter not included), then I fail to see the majority of the move because I'm balls deep in Netflix because I still didn't notice the ECB talk coming up and was bored.

I then consider price levels I personally find interesting, and how far away they are from the high/low of the day, and that combined with my expectation for that days range gives me a vague ballpark area to play in.

Nah just joking, what I actually do is I look to Elliott Waves to determine when the market will or won't move, and my targets are based on trend line confluence with Fib lines just like professional traders.

i got stuff to do so last post till evening

this is my futures dollar chart...im seein a inv h+s on 4H and daily with a measured target of 106 shud this play out which i think it will....prolly ntake a couple weeks to get to 106 than may retrace a bit bbut not much goin into christmas

do your analysis on the dollar chart gentlemen...dont be losers having to spend time in sanitariums

You are a tough crowd. Since I woke up price has been, on balance, going down. If it was any cleaner it'd be a straight line.

If you pay attention, or go back (don't, it's not worth it) you'll notice times when navk is all "but why price move and not make ADR" on days like... hmm... holidays and no news days. He's the type that wouldn't know it's the weekend except for the neighbors lawn mower at sunrise. Then the other days when there is news and normal trading he's all chuffed with himself because price almost makes, or like today completely blows out of the water, his ADR of 90 to 100 pips.

I wouldn't mock the pros in here. Don't be daft.
