I just ran backtested my trading bot on yesterday, doing a parameter optimisation and it ran 860 different sets of parameters and every single run though was in profit. Not a single set of parameters would have ended my in a loss for the day.

Those bot things are way above my pay grade --- But if a bot was profitable in all market conditions it would be the holy grail. Imo bots are no good, but thats just me as i cant code etc.... Closest you gonna get to the holy grail is Risk management and bot trading wont learn you how to trade ... I trade freestyle and make decent money month in month out but only coz i am better at losing these days - Was a whole different matter when i started out , i got screwed everyday. Probably had 1 winning day to 10 losing days but eventually had to get a control of my risk... I dont mean i get all trades right, i dont but i control the dd on theshit days and try maximise the good trades. If someone invented a very profitable bot then they would make a fortune selling it.

Everybugger are at different ages and stages of their life so have different outgoings - Im 60 and dont have mortgage payments, car payments etc and have a really good pension so i never need to chase the money

If i was in my early 40s lets say then i would be trying to make more than i am now but at my age why put that pressure on / Im happy if i can double my account each year. Yup sure i do more than that some years, if it happens then good business for me and if it doesnt i dont mind.

Just gotta ask yourself how much would i be happy making each week, each month etc and make that number realistic. If you can make £600 per week lets say then you are making the average wage and dont need a 9 - 5 job thing. 4get about chasing Lambos they are shit anyway, not worth the hassle, depreciation or trade in value when you get sick of em.

50 / 200 ema ribbon
tsi is like macd , just with os and ob area
entry at color change
it's better to take it after a drop below the zero line when long and the opposite when short
golden entry is when it reached the over sold area
tp is at the opposite area

I like your TSI setup and settings! I left the TSI MA curve in with a length of 24.
Not to big a fan of the 50 and 200 ema cloud.
I have been using the Redk Magic Ribbon with settings 4,2,30 and my own coloring.

The TSI helps you confirm entry and exit settings. IMHO the magic ribbon more clearly shows the trend and trend changes. You can always add 50 and 200 ema curves. I prefer wma

Josi, in this case the '3' signal line appears to work because it is a signal of a delayed signal already.

The dream of becoming a professional trader is very much like someone aspiring to become a surgeon.

You can not rush the process, after acquiring some knowledge, you must first conduct surgeries on animals before you do it on humans, like wise in Forex you do the demo before going to a live account.
