I just checked my broker and on their website it says that forex trades regular hours today.
Various US markets for commodities and stocks do close early.
I suspect that volume is going to drop even more!

Thanks - only recently made it to this side of the trading internet after spending a year on youtube looking at the basic (retail?) side of things (support/resistance, indicator based strategies, 'demo' prop firms), all this new (to me at least) stuff seems to be much more professional! Nice to finally be on a forum where every post is not riddled with talk of 'The ICT'.

Finally took a hit of 50 pips. if i minus 50 from 1700 i still have much behind my back. Cheers

Some days i do post losses.

But that is not going to matter much to anyone here.

My point is if someone trade in the direction of trend, be happy with whatever profits booked.

Over confidence/ greed will lead to losses.

1.2600 was expected today.. yesterday the bear move to 2450 held as support nicely.

ok gentlemen...i put those target lines on GU forex chart instead of futures so as you can see price about to hit my first target at 2630....if it doesnt today than sunday fo sho


my advise for beginners cause the room experts all do this im sure is draw your levels and targets off 4H daily and weekly that way youll have them on your bullshit 5 min scalping charts cause they have more weight than some line you draw on a 1 or 5 min chart LOL

and ill prolly short that level at 2630 come sunday using limit orders for the fall to 2500 where ill buy and hold till christmas

well im out for the rest of the day...time to wake up the gf and have her make breakfast

You could well be right Bud. Here's the thing for me. When nothing makes sense anymore iow Price does not turn on fundamentals or no pattern or indicator makes sense with the harmonic flow of the market, then something has changed. Could we be going into a trend or is it just year end profit taking? Either way I prefer to stay on the right side of the market. For now GU looks very bullish and I also re-iterate. December and January is a very difficult period to trade.

to be honest i dont see any technical reason for price to go down now, it could pull back here or @ 1.2650 or even @ 1.2730

Personally i will not sell until i see a reversal candle on 30 mins then i could enter for a scalp only, reversal of trend needs a consolidation on 4hr and then a reversal candle

watching breakout at 2605 for 2597 while limit down for next up as plain and simple is 2595 , very narrow range and next scenarios before action next
while dx get to 103.21 floating support , and bounce limit up for down next is 103.40

Hi Navin. Doing fine thanks, saw your post the other day. I hope price will get to you soon. As for Mitto you have 15 more years of being with him Ringnecks live about that age in captivity.

The view of your chart is greater than the view of Niagara falls. The distance between current price and your buy levels are like sweetener for eyes.
It will be pitty if I am right and next week it falls. I hope I will be wrong.

I hope so too..this is now i think the longest i have held a trade..
Thx god i bought some crypto which is now 10k in profit..that helps me stay focused on the swap fee here for holding, which i think has been around £800

Mitto is actually a she, she got no ring..
