You MUST specify a timeframe when discussing trend.

For example, look at the Monthly+ charts. MN2 is heading DOWN in a RETURN down to the even bigger MN4 that is down. So, that says DOWNTREND in effect.

Now check Weeklies. W1 and W2 are heading up. But with MN2 on a return down, these Wn are mere RALLIES in the MN downtrend.

Now Dailies. D2 and D4 are both up on the same swing that is the W1/W2 RALLY. D1, on the other hand, has done a 1-2-3 UPTREND for this RALLY, so there is an EXPECTATION for TFs below D1 to start going into DOWNTRENDS to turn down the D1.

So, with the MN2 in a very big DOWNTREND, where, exactly, is the "uptrend continuing into 20214" that you speak of???

Oh, and let's have a look below D1. H1 and H2 are both now starting down, but H4 and larger remain up. Can anyone guess what MUST be happening on TFs SMALLER than H1??

LOL. I banked about 100 pips worth today, which is a typical day. So no more "squeezing" than on any other day. But today I traded XAUUSD, not GBPUSD.

scalping £0.20p just on Dow, you do the "Math" on how many pips, just because you can't trade a slow market doesn't mean no one else can, hope you can learn something from this ...

Sounds like you need to take up the Roman usage of the vomitorium at festival orgies: Stuff yourself with all manner of delectables, then a feather down the throat to trigger the gag reflex, empty the stomach, then another round at the table, rinse, repeat until either the food is exhausted or you are.
