You can do it offshore with a non-regulated broker. You can do it offshore with a regulated broker, but you need to be an eligible contract participant (ECP).
Once you are an ECP, you are free. The government does not care about you.

I'm hedging for GU tonight.
60% short GU , 40% Long (AU Since my Shorts already invalidated)

I'm hedging the Dollar.
First time using hedging method, lets hope it worked.
I have SL in both trade, tho.

Real time scalp sell trade at 1.25345 and I only post this because price is currently rejecting off 1.25500 with long hourly candle wicks and the rising trendline broken. My system does not tell me that yet but knowing your system and anticipation becomes crucial for me. Stop loss above todays high.
target 1.25000.
