I am watching the 1.2600 area for some rejection. If we get rejection, then I will short GBPUSD down to 1.20 and 1.05.

I think the pair is headed for 1.2700 and more later on.

125 is a big psychological area too. I’ll be shorting every 30-50 pips. The UK has an autumn statement this week which might drop the pound as there is talk of tax cuts.

Usdx is bearish below new supply's that have been created on 4h. This is bullish for eurusd and gbpusd. But I would expect some kind of reversal to test this supply which in the short term will be bearish eu gu.

It could be a fakeout. Maybe GBPUSD will make an impulse down like what you are suggesting.
