So, the Dly did close as a bullish hammer after Thursday's doji close on the same t/f, the Wkly closing as a bullish engulf of the previous bearish candle on that t/f.

Dly could well be @ the start of a new general uptrend with last few fractal prints being HL, LH, HL, H, HL, HH, and what could be a 4th consecutive HL @ 2437 if Monday's dly candle closes accordingly. 4hr is in a general uptrend and 1hr has a current bullish bias and last candle on that t/f has closed above the prev 1hr/4hr sw hi zone that starts @ 2455 = prev res = pot rbs, this being the upside extreme of the recent 2455-2376 ranginess on that t/f, after the false b/o of the bottom extreme (2376) to Fri's 2373 lo, which may have been the market tripping some tight stops under there, before the move up? Closed the week looking bullish across 1hr, 4hr, and dly, in particular.

Fardeen, how many people come to this thread to cut the learning curve (percentage-wise)? 10%, more? On more than one occasion I pointed out another possible scenario that could be played, and people were very upset to the point that one of them advised me to put him on the ignore list if I didn't like his analysis.
People come to our clinic for various reasons, and that's good.

I think we also need to understand that the cutting edge of a good swing traders is not the same as that of a good scalper.

A swing trader may have his best trades locked in, he/she then will make a live call here, adding to his floating positions. As day traders/scalpers we ignore his post, later when he/she shares their results, reactions hit different, some will feel bad, others will like or ignore.

There's nothing we could do for someone not perceiving other possibility of price movement, given we are in the realm of infinite possibilities of market movement.

He chose the wrong career if he cannot accept other scenerios, he should sent his CV to nasa, where scientists and engineers worked with exact science.

all those 5-10 or 50 lot trades people post are demo or the energizer bunny prop firm demo accounts LOL

that guy will never get paid that 100k from the prop firm...cause those companies are just pyramid schemes thats already been proven by MFF emails and texts...theres mothing real about prop firms

if the prop firm owner got laid that morning and is in a good mood he might authorize payouts of a couple thousand dollars that people are asking for but there plenty of complaints of these prop firms denying big requests for some stupid reasons


id rather listen to and read posts from guys that trade .01 or .05 size cause they trading their own real money not monopoly shit

I feel your pain, I have been through a similar state. Mine just ignored me after my post which actually played out.
It's ridiculous, I must say. I only feel petty for them.

One of the main reasons as to why traders post good results is the joy/euphoric syndrome, we all have it.
I understand that very well, that is why I have no problem with anyone who posts profits.

Majority of Swing/position traders have a DD of atleast 70pips and above.

70pips could easily swipe out the risk for next 3 trades for scalpers - considered as opportunity cost.

Enter the market like a scalper but position yourself for a swing trade. My method of trading i refining

I Forgot to highlight afew things, a good swing trader & good scalper had to emphasized.

You have a valid point though, I also believe that for you to make a good swing trader you have to be good at scalping.
