Yes, you’re very correct… Price has just traded above the support on the weekly time frame. Indicating a long term change of direction. But let’s see if the price can close above the support. Some times we need to wait for a close of price above or below a certain level for more confirmation. Now it’s closing above with a “live” candle, who knows before the end of the week it could also reject below the support.


I hardly visit the weekly time frame… this is because my chart decision is often time based on 4 to 6 group of candles and if I’m going to be waiting for 4 weekly candles that’s like a month, this will slow down my trading, and thus productivity.

MF needs to say hi to pivot

I have exited my short position. Now I’m seeing 2 possible scenarios.

1. Price will range on top of the resistance level in an attempt to flip it to support and when this occur, the candle will signal long. Then I’ll go long.

2. Best scenario, is to see price trade below the resistance zone, I’ll continue shorting.

now it’s time to wait. Waiting is a prerequisite!
