I an preaty sure that they will spike it to 1.25300-800 and then drop , but i am leaving my position open with sl at break even

Trading is difficult because it is hard to put the pieces together, imho.

Bias for the day- Using 4hr and Daily tf with which sides structure is heading (HH,HL or LH,LL)-

S/R Level - zoom out on H4 and/or D1 and/or W1

Structure- where are we?
Possible for start of Impulsive swing & End of corrective swing or Possible for start of Corrective swing & End of Impulsive swing.

Possible for top/bottom- will be based on S/R level and confluences occurring at this level.

At POI (your level), switch to 1hr/30mins/15mins. Look how price unfolds- possible for reversal or continuation to resume. (this is the internal structure), bearing in mind where we currently are on Higher tf (H4/D1) to where we possibly heading based on the external structure (H4/D1).

Then you position yourself in favour on the external structure or higher timeframe(H4/D1) but using internal structure(1hr/30mins/15mins) to position yourself, so that you get yourself an entry with lowest risk possible(low DD and low possibility to get stopped out). This way you dont have to over trade in a day.

1-2 trade should be enough, but the duration of waiting and patience to sit on hand tight to let the trade work or setup to form becomes the next battle you will encounter, until you get used to it.

This way you will have your multiple timeframe alignment or internal structure align with external structure.

Datas were mixed, so difficult to keep up the pace for GBP/USD which resulted in the necesarry drop before new buyers hopp in. First level reached, 1.2430. Could go up from here again. From my experience we should see a bit more lower level's. I could close 90% of my positions from 1.2450's to 1.2430's with a 3 day avg. loss currently.
