I don't think it has any relation to the shooting star at the high, but a cross can be very powerful for its size

...the prev 1hr/4hr/dly sw hi zone = prev res = pot rbs that starts @ 2429 and on dly extends down to circa 2379 is the obvious place for buyers to step back in should it be tested? The prev swing hi is part of the up-move not of the previous down-move and these are always higher in probability of a bounce than the later.

totally agree.. I’m looking for an area to go long from. If we can see the bottom of the drop then potentially 125-126. There is also US data that could help the move up

Hi, lol, how true, we see it so often don't we? On a move like y/day there is almost always a p/back and then the buyers step back in for an upside follow thru on y/day's dly bullish thrust candle - this being the greater probability. This said look at the bullish thrust candle on 3rd Nov, that did not have any appreciable/sustained upside follow-thru (even with a pullback within the body of the candle re my thrust candle rules,) so an occasion where the greater probability did not play out.

There seems to be some sort of support at 12455 bounced off the level twice today both on spikes

Hi, yeh I saw that - all I see there is the bottom of the 20bol on 1hr came up from below it to meet it. Last 1hr close a doji. You can see the bullish hidden div on this 1hr t/f but it could develop further on any deeper drop.

Which is mainly in focus after NFP weakness
Market will use this to assess the Consumer sentiment and spending - may be one of the sign of Hard landing for FED.

could be the signal to go long. But something tells me the correction is not over yet. Maybe another liquidity zone. Pivot or daily S&R usually provides the best area for a move but as we not even touching anything lower than 12455 its a tough one.

Other than saber rattling the fed won't do anything right now.
It's the end of the calendar year,
Moody's is threatening to downgrade US debt!
The debt ceiling is once again getting bounced off.
The US is both in denial and in a recession from their Covid/money supply issues of the last couple of years.
Paranoia over Russia and China is causing the US to re-assess global trade and their dependence on foreign suppliers of key materials which will really change the US economy.
