i wouldnt average up my shorts on hier timeframes cause this is a launch from a 5 week base at support in GU weekly chart...theres this thing called the santa clause rally in america so there shudnt be any bad dollar news till janurary 1 2024 cause people want to paint the tape and get their fat christmas bonuses

i feel foolish posting this chart of support with ICT's "original" system LOL cause im sure everyone realizes this


my 80 year old mother asked me what she should make for thanksgiving and christmas...i told her not to cook since shes been sickly but she refuses to stop so does anyone know if one can eat black crows like grouse and cornish hens

Oh sorry to hear that. But I know you have a good way of averaging out of trades and it usually works. You'll get out of this. Price has done over 200 pips today. Tomorrow's daily pivot will be almost 100 pips lower than today's high so you should get good price correction tomorrow.

2480 to 2425.

2425 to 2515/20.

Then drop can be expected on 4 hr.

That would be sometime tomorrow in NY session.. may be.

your chart and trades description are in simplest form.
I learned a lot from you.

From your last post the main point are :-
Stand apart from the crowd at all times.
Trade ahead, behind or contrary to the crowd.
Be the first in and out of the profit door. Your job is to take their money before they take yours.
Be ready to pounce on ill-advised decisions, poor judgment and bad timing.
Your success depends on the misfortune of others.

Buy the first pullback from a new high.
Sell the first pullback from a new low. Trends often test the last support/resistance before taking off.
Trade with the crowd that missed the boat the first time around.

Buy at support. Sell at resistance.
Trend has only two choices upon reaching a barrier: continue forward or reverse.
Get it right and start counting your money.

Short rallies, not selloffs.
Short-sellers cover profitable trades into market declines, so that’s the worst time to enter new positions.
Wait until these sellers get squeezed and shaken out, then jump on board while no one is watching.

Manage time as efficiently as price.
Time is money in the markets.
Know your holding period for every trade and watch the clock to become a market survivor.

It’s a revelation to them that it is normal for traders to fall into a compulsion to act as they are waiting for set-ups to appear.
The priming for an emotional hijacking is already underway, even before they bring up their charts and begin looking for set-ups.

Notice that they are actively looking for set-ups rather than waiting patiently for them to appear.
At the get-go they are stalking rather than mindfully waiting for the markets to give them something.
Do you see this distinction?

Tomorrow morning will be interesting. However in the mean time we have 125 looking quite do able. I can’t see too much of a drop potentially maybe touching 124-12380 before a move up. As 125 is a psychological area there maybe some to and fro
