Will look to short at 12330 area if we get there today knowing 12320 is a huge resistance area but a move there makes a move down even if it’s to around todays opening worthy. However we could also see a move towards the 125 this week or early next as mentioned before by someone (can’t remember who) for bearish moves a move below 12200 is important to take it to below 120

...there is a pattern of 2hr bearish hidden div currently but it may develop further and stay valid so long as price below 2308. Question is - for the highest probability, is there a next higher t/f [+] (say 8hr) downtrend to enter after such a p/back?

W1 is the red/green line. The next 3 higher TF lines are all down.
As you can see, W1 is making a rally to those higher TFs. This rally will only stop by EVERY TF below it going into down trends. So, just look at every TF below W1 and see how far through the TFs the pullbacks have progressed.

Hi, thanks....the question (for me at least) was rhetorical. I don't act on such high t/f triggers, but I do post about them and keep up to speed with all the t/f's, much like you do. Mine are arranged in 2 x t/f combinations, 1m/5m/30m/2hr, (8hr) and 3m/15m/1hr/4hr, (dly) and most of my trade entries are taken from 1m or 5min -or- 3min or 15min. If one combo doesn't 'set-up' the other usually does, or indeed neither.

Yes, indeed. One might wonder as to why the administration allows these egregious violations to the Code of Conduct. But no need to wonder at all: Controversy and drama, which is not prevalent in trading discussions, doesn't generate nearly as many views as controversy and drama. And views lead ultimately to MONEY in the bank for the FF owners. Simple as that.

I don't consider any TF as a trigger. I see the TFs as different viewports (zoom level, as it were) of the entire trading space. So I look for a higher TF that "sets a course" for every TF below it, and then watch how the 1-2-3 patterns systematically develop to TELL me where to focus my attention.
