It is interesting. Rates suggested by the yield on the latest treasury auction should start to decline. Not selling the full subscription suggests that the market doesn't believe that rates should decline. The forex market reaction suggests that rates should increase or that rates in other countries will fall faster. That or this is a spike that can reverse as the market rebalances itself.
In any case I simply don't have a clue where it is going right now!

depends on what you see on a chart.
Personally i have not seen any break through resistance levels.
SO to me there was no TA reason to go long today.
