I settled my short position in Pound/Dollar.
Thanks to Pat, I was able to make up for today's negative amount and get some change.

...15min, 30min, and 1hr were bear thrust closes in that prev 1hr sw lo zone = prev supp = pot supp so was wary of longing from there. 2nd downside breach of the Asian lo now, current dly lo just about still intact below it.

For anyone interested, alot of these indis are related to each other.

A Z-score is simply measuring the number of standard deviations from a midpoint.
The standard deviation indicates how extreme a value is from the midpoint.
ATR is related to Standard deviation as it is also measuring a kind of "spread".
Roughly a standard deviation is about 0.85 of an ATR

You can be damned sure that brokers are using these types of extreme deviations to determine spreads and also where to to go Stop Hunting.
Try putting a SL at 2.5 x the StDev and you will almost never get hit.
But thats also more Risk you are taking on.

When you look at the chart you have only 1 job to do

just look for ways to max your profit and lower your risk.

Yeh, I was holding a long per my technical list a-f in a prev post re risks being skewed to the upside, but I got in short as well for a scalp at the pot res @ current dly hi - came out too soon but have been in short twice since as my long got taken at b/e. Price is still in this arguable 2311-2241/42 1hr range/consolidation with a current downside bias in that range re PA, obviously. A case of the market going against the then prevailing technical situation as I read it, (for now @ least?)

I think this is all buy territory. Maybe it wants to get to 61.8% where I'll get in another long. The daily chart has given a double bottom so all these dips cannot confuse me. I will buy all drops.

agree with all, the movement seems to be liquidity hunt that Pat mentioned earlier. Nothing in the movement suggests anything else than data manipulation.
