Possible more pain for bears on Monday... How can market makers mess traders up? They will reason most traders will expect a gap down on Monday, instead they will do another gap up or simply buy to 1.2500 area before mini correction to 1.2311 and zoom it up to 1.27...

This calls for thinking outside of the box.

I forgot to calculate the profit I made off shorting yesterday's retrace with my extra funds while holding the underwater EUR/USD 1.0565 short position. Based on that and what I made today from hedging with longs, my average B/E for all my short positions since I started at 1.0565 is now 1.0695, just 40 pips below current price at 1.0735. I am 100% short at the moment, hoping for a retrace to 1.0665 or lower on Monday, which would finally put me 30 pips in the green overall. So, yes, it's possible to be successful as a gambling hedge trader. The stress can eat at you, though.

Perseverance and patience pays. I gave up 108pips earlier in the week, suffered the fear of almost getting taken out and rewarded with 277pips. All forecasted in my journal. That's me closed for the week.

That is an advanced topic. Too many have not yet mastered the thinking step. So let's not even discuss not realizing that they are even in the box.

I can't see myself doing that though. I will use only my own hard earned money from my self employed business or nothing. I've initially had my friends invest in my trading account, but the stress of feeling compelled to succeed for their sake only drove me nuts, and got me into a losing cycle. I was too eager to make a quick buck with not enough experience in trading. So I had to pay them back with my business income. Now, after 4 years of multiple winning and losing cycles, it's finally taking off slowly with hiccups here and there. But still got a lot of losses to make up from 4 years of trial and error. Just give me time. No rush.

Good job.. keep putting in the work.. you'll flourish soon.. Btw i used to do that as well playing with CASINO ACCOUNTS i.e micro accounts with insane Leverage. I make insane gains in small period of time and blow up. Then i found out why not blow Prop firms simulated Dollars. It feeds my greed of using huge lots.
