the week is still making new lows and we dont know when it will stop.

Until we get trades that change the sentiment from less bullish, this thing continues to drop. My hesitation to shorting it is because I believe the reversal will happen quickly. Otherwise I would have been in this trade earlier.

Is this drop data or news related? As I can’t find anything that has caused a drop of 160 pips in less than 24 hours

just my 3 cents technically:

price seems to want to go to 1.21000 on the Day chart.
there is a zone there.
It could also go to the bottom of the zone 1.2055

dont catch this falling knife guys

The only detail that I have found is the sentiment has shifted from bullish to more bullish, especially with respect to the lot bias while the downward move has happened in price.

Expectation that, Rates will not go up anymore, so money drain out of GBP. Numbers yesterday confirmed it a bit more but of course the selling is not justified like that strong.

Had SHORT @1.21753 so far the ACE PRICE of today
My problem is when it's the right time I become more conservative to add up positions.
The tricky bounce area 1.21600 ~ 1.21730 was quite scary.
