The government says who serves on the FED, they are not necessarily employees of the banks, the banks get to pick candidates for the positions.
Yes the FED is supposed to 'protect the interests' of all the banks.

...you can see the mini 1hr descending equidistant channel that broke to the upside, pulled back, and then bounced off the top of it. Easy bounce at the prev 1hr sw hi zone = prev res = pot rbs with the 3min bullish hidden div, on the p/back from the current dly hi.

my view...

4 days range less than 250 pips is sign of weakness and QP 1.2250 is possible price to return to

To all thread participants: I don't get it....if you have someone on 'ignore' then fecking well ignore them, what are you afraid you are going to miss, that the ignored may say something about you? If they do, so fucking what, it doesn't matter, you are in a room full of virtual strangers you will almost certainly to a virtual certainty, never meet! It would make for a far more peaceful and therefore maybe productive thread. For fecks sake- stop it, and ignore your ignored!!
