No fakeout involved. As I noted previously, D2 is coming down. H8 has now finished buidling the H12/H16 swing down. (Three days ago I stated that H8/H12 RALLY to D2 was being built. Since then that rally completed and the H8/H12 return down has now completed as well.) This resulted in EVERY TF being down. From that state, the smallest TF begins moving upward, and the up moves progress upward through the TFs (They can also get STOPPED, and the whole thing reset to try again.) Therefore, if the current H4 bar closes positive, which it is leaning that way at the moment, then the upward progression has now reached H4, which bodes for upward bias, not downward.

Although 1.21 is a POSSIBILITY during a subsequent pullback, it is not very likely because that would be an extreme pullback to such a low level.
