Try to take a break, review your trades.
Look out of the box or at a bigger picture.
If you're trading on a system, review it and see where's the issue.

Just to let you know I was down by 50k ish over 2 years. (Was trading in small accounts trying to build it up)

This is sad, very sorry.
Next time, having gotten out of a drawdown, you should take a break before continuing .

I guess, trading is only for a person who got space, I am married now and I have other responsibilities.
There is another issue whenever I am free, I check charts, there is no movement or signal. Whenever there're signals and movement, I don't have time to trade.
If someone can help and motivate me with this or got any podcasts or videos please share.

Someone should explain the meaning of these red, orange and yellow cards.

Try my thread, I don't preach how you should trade but there are a few tools in there that may help, others have been successful and found my thread useful

I think your position sizing and no of trades matters too.
Try to reduce your lotsizes and no of trades.
These alone will solve your headaches!

I trade with 0.1 highest lot and 0.05 as lowest.
But the problem I face is my entry. I enter after confirmation, i keep eyes on candle's closing, when it closes green and next candle starts as green, I enter, put my sl on wick of previous candle.
Same with red candles. This is how my SL and TP and equal. But still, candles move against my SL every time.
