well there is actually an addendum:

V. No politics or religion

Politics and religion should not be discussed unless it's in direct relation to their market affect

so the war and conflict have effect and can be discussed, but once you get into taking sides, arguments will occur.

Of course I violate it. (Is that a good thing? No, not at all.) It is as good as a piece of wet tissue paper for protection in a hurricane. If the admin would actually take the CoC seriously, then so would I.

You need to apply a bit of common sense about the "no politics". Debating (ranting?) about some political position in a post that has no relation to trading is clearly what is targeted, not discussions about how a specific political event might be impacting the markets and how traders might react to it.

Agreed, some trader think that price revolves only around their line crossing each other.
They forgot how politics in Sept 2022 screw many traders, when GU fell by 400 pips due to political reason
