ScalaFX and Yngwie special congratulations to you guys for today's performance! You did great this Friday! Haven't been really paying close attention to other people's trades and don't have much time also, but some of you I'll definitely start tracking! I like that you guys provide the price and the time you enter the trade. That is very helpful. If you start doing badly however, I'll unsubscribe!

some of you may have heard about the american bad ass mf dollar chart and how its winning the currency wars and crapping on the heads of asian currencies and if you havent dont worry ill repost a couple

somebody asked me today wasnt i bullish beginning of the week and i said i was bullish last friday and this monday but turned bearish wednesday and now bullish again LOL...so i hope these posts will clarify that....bear with me gentlemen cause i do have a point about why im bullish again

heres updated dollar charts

as you can see gentlemen the dollar chart jumped out of the gate too soon....it didnt test the hourly or 4H lows so guess what it will have to return and go beneath my solid line to the lows at the other ones and then theres an inside candle at the highs on daily
so if the price action on GU has got you dumbfounded switch to dollar futures it give better reversal signals than shitbag forex broker charts...i stay to futures cause index charts are screwy as well

i do a kiss system..."keep it simple stupid"...thats why i use a minimum of lines and no indicators..u an see what else i ill use in the upper left corner but not always

i just use price action like livermore and by that i mean the relationship of candles to each other since he didnt have computers and i do LOL

so i try to be and trade like lynyrd skynyrd said to be

Anything is possible in markets but if you look at the daily it is coiling and finished near the lows. To me it looks like it wants to fall off a cliff don't you think??? The dxy is at a critical area however and has been up like 11 weeks in a row so a pullback wouldn't be out of the question. I believe more speculators are going to get taken out on stops yet.

Take look at this photo , i have posted it before , as retail traders we are always trading within one of the circled areas , within the bigger circled area i have marked the smaller areas and that is what we want to trade. If we try to trade the smaller dips and rallies within the 12345 you will get stopped out very often unless your just scalping for a few pips.

The bigger circled areas i call intermediate waves , the smaller circled areas minor waves and the smaller dips and rallies are micro waves. My system maps the bigger and smaller circled areas on all timeframes, by using two timeframes with the same mapping system you can identify if the wave your considering trading is a minor or micro wave within the intermediate.

To get the spacing right you should use two timeframes with a difference of 4-8 time interval,s ie 1-5, 15-60, 60-240, 240-D1 (yes i know the trade i posted yesterday was 15- 30 but that was an exception to the rule)

Another shaven close, this time I would say it adds weight to the pattern outright, either way, it is totally in line with monthly which is 427 pips down from open,
every step down adds to the monthly direction

I have an account for years, but only for crypto trading lately.
My main account I use is IG markets, but noticed is getting too expensive to run, with added various extra costs.

Need to search for reliable spread betting account, UK broker.
Any recommendations anyone?

Interestingly, on Friday there was no 1hr+ close below that Mthly S3 pivot which is @/around 2240, (as there was no 30min+ close below Friday's Dly S1.) This said, as Bones pointed out the three black crows and last week's wkly bearish thrust candle and shaven head on it, and the dly bearish thust close are suggestive of more downside at some point. Whether this is actually the higher probability on this t/f (wkly) on this gbpusd pairing (based on empirical large multi-year sample evidence) I don't know, but it at least has that feel does it not?

Re the prev 1hr/4hr sw lo zone that leads down to last week's 2231 lo, it has now been tested three times and held as support on 30min, ( once on 1hr/4hr) and price closed in that pot supp zone again near to Friday's wkly lo, after the last p/back from it. Will this pot supp zone see some demand emerge in it again at next week's opening? Well you could argue that there is a descending triangle (of sorts) on 1hr/4hr which is suggestive at least that it may not? This is to say nothing of any stops for long positions that may be below it. If tested they could get bought, or just add to a continued downside story? Speaking of (immediately) below it, A prev 4hr/dly sw hi then lo zone = prev supp = pot supp exists down to 2189, (staring on the dly circa 2119,) then a prev 4hr sw lo zone down to 2178, = prev supp = pot supp, so some demand could emerge here if tested.

Worth noting that price has already traveled 113% of 6Mth amr so far this Mth, and Mthly S3 pivot has as mentioned been tested. On a scale of o/s - very o/s - extreme o/s, my dly osc's are in a very o/s state. So from these 2 points of view price is looking somewhat 'stretched' at these levels. This does not mean to say however that it cannot stretch anymore! It's 'elasticity' knows no maximum!
