I don't think it can make it to 1.215 anymore if the news after 30 minutes cannot move it down harder.

Wow, so much? In which time frame? 1 hour after news 80 pips around? Have you checked last month? Vola is going down, so probably less movement?

I am going to play with the big lots with some tight SL. But first I need to know how many pips a news affect a candle. So, I'm gonna try tp at 80 pips according to your analysis and sl and 15 pip. Lot at 0.1 to 0.05.

It is impossible to know how many pips price will move on a news report. It is also impossible to know which direction. But that doesn't stop people from guessing.

I took the whole Hourly candle Range when calculating the impact. I did this for the whole 2023. and then calculated an average. These news have delivered even moves north of 100 pips one time I think, but the average is about 80 pips.

I don't know what to say to you about going with big lot size before the news... GL I guess, but I don't think that's wise.

If you go with it however, I wonder, are you going Long or Short?

I do understand why you are probably going for it, but... well, GL buddy!

German PMI just turn my +30 into -4. It jumped through my BE+ while i have bathroom emergency.

With GBP news in 15 minutes, I am going with the flow of candle. But with the USD news, I'll go short.
Maybe short within 15 mins too.

Trading decision will be based on 61.8% weekly Fib level.(conditional probability)
If PA failed to Break-down the 61.8%, we might go to short target with high probability, the external structure will still intact.

Many presenting their charts and analysis about GU going long. But this weekend, going long is too risky as compared to going short.
Especially when you look at the major fundamentals of UK and EU. Also, stability of USD.
