Don't get fired means do not become euphoric with a few trade wins.
Making the transition to trading the 4hr charts does not mean you must trade the H4 chart timeframe. You simply follow the H4>Daily>Weekly Price Action and know the higher timeframes' support and resistance, this is the way to get into the markets and to try aim for the +5R to +12R trades wins.
Weekly chart is important to help use decide what the Market Type conditions are and define the Market Type 1,2 or 3. No need for over analysing all the 'intraday noise' in lower timeframe charts like the m30, M15, M5 and M1 which look impressive and accurate.... they are always accurate when we look at old charts ... that's hindsight paper trading.
Transition to trade the 4hr means different thing to different people.
Question is do you want to trade against the trends already established in the Daily and the Weekly,
and expect to get a potential run of +5R to +12R?

I have TradingView and MT4 installed on my phone.
TradingView is more versatile and can put up custom indicators and set up alerts to trade on the fly.
MT4 is my broker, IG, trading platform for trade execution. I also put up the TDI on the chart.

First. Inspect the code of TDI green and red line. #25 has the .mt4 and source code can be viewed .
The RSI is 13, close. Green line is SMA(2) of the RSI and Red is SMA(7) of it.
Note the TDI is calculated from the OHLC of original chart, not the HA candles.

My Advice is to stick to BigE’s TMS rules and follow the TDI signals.
As BigE mentioned, adding things and complicating the method just make it more complicated, and more often than not, less profitable.
Your sharing is valuable because it has repeatedly show that it is the case.
My advice is to do not use patterns to predict price movement. TMS price actions focus on the price movement and react to the market and trade.

The way I practice TMS can be found in the following posts by BigE, No need to add any more craps like gambling EAs and indicators.
1. TDI is heart of the TMS 5-method --- #261, #2617
All trades I share here are signaled by TDI green cross /bounce red
2. I work with time frames and time of day that suits me --- #644, #1170, #4470
I usually trade during work hour because of my privilege at my job which I have a lot of free time. Sometimes at night because it is London/NY market time when volatility is high. I like Lower Time Frame because I prefer quick-in-quick-out.
3. I use simple PA analysis that everyone can learn --- #276, #647
I prefer leading ones which I can anticipate TMS TDI cross/bounce setups to catch the swing in early stage like BigE demonstrated in his charts

5. I apply the correct use of TDI Green & Red lines --- #11
#11 has clearly shown that BigE refreshed his chart before viewing the chart. Traders who want to learn and practice the TMS should 1) refresh the chart before analysis, or 2) use a non-repainting TDI Green Red indicator. I chose the later.
6. Absolutely no EA --- #802
Two reasons: 1) To respect the thread rule. 2) If you need to rely on EAs to help you become profitable, i) Your trading skill is so-so at this stage, and ii) you will never learn the discretionary analysis that can further improve your trading skills
7. Most importantly, I participate the forum with respect --- #486
Adding crap EAs does not help improve your trading. Set and forget SLTP you can maximise your odds and profit. Trust your analysis as a TMS trader

You lose money that's okay. Big E already mentioned this thread is not for you ... a newbie with only 2 years trading experience.
You have 3 to 10 years to catch up with the OP 15 years trading the US stock market.... then only we will know if you reach that intermediate+ level.
Losing money is not a bad thing. According to the OP, losing money is paying tuition fees to the market.
If you claim to be profitable with only 2 years trading TMS the way you show your charts, then we know you are lying.
Go home and spend more time with your father. Ask him if he made money trading the HSI this month.

We are discussing your trades, unless you imply that your trades are fake, I don’t see the reason of you getting angry with others discussing your trades and show how you can improve
Although you do not trade BigE’s TMS method (TMS setups are as above), you should follow up with your EU sell and let readers how you cut loss.
Luckily for you, this time price stalled around your entries.
If they are real trades, then you should have no problem showing us where you exited after the wrong call of the crap analysis.
