What is a normal profit factor if someone can explain, so I can better understand what you guys are arguing about? Thanks!
What does this number mean?
Return rate indicates if your trading strategy is on course to make money.
This takes into account how often you win trades and your average profits and losses.
Return rate = win rate * (profit/loss ratio +1)
1.00 You値l break even
Less than 1.00 You値l lose money
More than 1.00 You値l make money
To make money you should aim at a return rate higher than 1.
Example
The line on the chart shows where you値l break even. A return rate above the line means the strategy is making money.
Win rate
The win rate is the percentage of trades won out of total trades executed.
The remaining trades will be losses.
It takes into account the volume of trades, but not the value.
For instance, if you win 40% of your trades but your average profit is double your average loss, you値l still make money.
If traded 10 trades and all closed in profit , your win rate is 100%

My observation, I think FIB 78.6% should be a trend (serious next move) confirmed. have collected some examples in GU H1 charts. 1.25127 is the premium sell price of these 2 swings stage. My idea next is pull back to 1.246 ,not sure how long will stay there, then continue down move. Account is back at 0 once I close my positions. Might go into some minus depending on time I close my trades. If market opens with 1000 pips gap down yes, I will be toasted. Until then it will never happen. If my account gets toasted. Fine. Ill add new money in and go again. Not a problem. If anyones account gets toasted it’s only because of poor money management. Two reasons I did what I did. Believe it or not I don’t care.1. Was technical. I wasn’t behind trading desk and saw 4h H&S pattern. I started buying without SL because I wasnt monitoring price during sessions. I was travelling. In my case studies higher percentage always fails. I added couple of more positions and most of the positions were in profit, best was I believe 50+ pips from My entry intially. Again. I didn’t care I was okay with it. Sticking to my analysis. I was expecting more range bound market past week. Anyways I got toasted. It’s okay because again. These were profits. I didn’t really lose anything.
2. I wanted to see who’s going to bark at me. You see, the gang as you call me and the rest(we are not a gang
) never ever go for anyone with real trading. If there is something going on with someone it’s always about the things they state thenselves. We question. They get mad. Start playing dirty. We are the bad guys. But you. What do you do now? You clearly went after me after my real trading just because “im with the gang”. I didn’t say anything to you nor your trading. I never ever said you were a scammer, I didn’t make up lies about you. Never. And I never ever done these things about anyone. But you still went after me. That’s the difference between “the gang” and you and your banned buddies. You for some reason are so grumpy that you are the true villain in here… People post less because of how YOU treat me at this moment. Attacking my real trading. Anyways…Now Back to the lies you are spreading about me. This is totaly fine by your standards?

Above is your attempt to manipulate people and convince them of your greatness. But if you take a closer look I doubt anyone wants to be in this spot after 17 years in the school of hard knocks.
557 pips X 0.50 cents with a net profit of $270 on closed trades for the week. 39 trades. That gives us 8 trades per day with a profit of $54 per day and $6.75 per trade. Leon, you hit the home run that week. Sure, you never posted when you entered the trades, but anyway congrats, after 17 years in this business you are an accomplished trader. Keep good work Leon.
