EU has done roughly 100 pips today. GU hasn't. I expect 1.2406 to get hit to complete it 100 pips!!!

Hmmm...cannot confirm that.

Anyway: All numbers were good for US-Economy but the problem is: Inflation is not solved at all.

Core Retail Sales jumped up, strong economy but also inflation driver
PPI Jumped up again, extremely sensitive indicator for inflation in future
Unemployment claims dropped a bit /unchanged so no sign of rezession here

Chances go up now that FED is at least keeping rates up or even higher rates next round. Dollar remains strong, Euro tumbling down even more next time, long way to go for eurozone.

Made my money today, too lazy to post trading chart, sorry, I always have to copy that from my other trading station via USB-Stick. I got long 1.2425 and 1.2419, almost at the low, sold everything around 1.2428. Cheers.

I also expect a new low today. No long for me now. ECB-Press Conference started. Lagarde will send Euro down as usual so USD will go up and GBP/USD will go down. Let's see.

Coreg, What fundamentals? PPI in the US of .7% is almost double the expectation and way above the .2% target. With low unemployment and retail sales improving that paves the way for a US rate increase. The news is the EU action. The US FED simply got a data point, not enough to trigger a reaction.

Actually I have NO IDEA what you are talking about. The reason cable dropped isn't due to the EU its due to great USA data. Maybe instead of blaming others and cryig manipulation you should learn to interpret the news and understand HOW it works?

Not to defend his argument but he wrote it before the news...or at least related to a post before the news. Here the GBP dropped at least a bit but I get your point.
