Why?

Because, we are getting in our own way and messing up the perfectly good trade.

I put the trades today on the signals I got and adios. Closed the laptop and went to drink some coffee.

We have a system to think for us! That's why I don't understand why we interfere at all. Our thinking will almost always be inferior to the signals we get. We have to stop thinking and start doing. The only thing we have to think about is where to put SL. Good system will show you perhaps even good SL and potential TP.

Yeah... we're quilty as charged! Stop thinking! Thinking sucks in FX!

Just this week I sabotaged few of the trades where I would have made a lot of money considering the equity. Two trades would gave me around 7%, 8% each had I not interfered like a moron haha.

It sucks yeah. If you remember my GBP/JPY Short few days ago, it dropped more than 100 pips from my Short entry, but I closed it on the hunch it will probably be a "classic EU session Buy" when that candle started flying up. What happened? Well, had I not closed my position, SL wouldn't be hit and I would have made 7% or 8% on that trade. Sucks!

There is not one trader that is successful without a good system that he/she follows. The difference is that they not interfere, we do. We have to stop getting ahead of ourselves, enter with a lot size with which we are comfortable, put SL, maybe TP and done! Say goodbye to your phone and that's it. After a few hours take a peek and see what happened.

Also, kudos to you constantly looking at M5 chart. I would go fuc*ing insane trading M5 hahah.

Nothing below H1 for me!

About 4 hrs ago GU had an upward pointing W, price spiked up 2x the amplitude of the W and then reversed.
About 2 hrs ago, the same upward spike but this time a reverse W or M instead of a clean spike down.
We are still on the back side of this M. Supports or fits with your price target.

He did. It is the SSL hybrid indicator in TradingView. The SSL channel chart alert indicator in MT4 gives you similar entry and exit points.

So, you subscribe to a probalistic model. I subscribe to a chaos model, which is deterministic. Of course, a variety of statistics can be collected, such as the probability of a retracement being X% of prior swing, but that has nothing to do with the underlying model being deterministic.

The TDI Pro or TDI RSI indicator gives you similar entry and exit points to the SSL Hybrid. It keeps you in or out of trades a little better. I changed the RSI to 14 and 7 and recolored the lines to my preference.
You still need to follow your own strategy.

GBP/USD (1H): the price is now consolidating at the major 1.25 resistance level.
Today we may see the continuation of the downtrend.
Confirmations: Breakout + lower low, Correction + lower high. Price Action pattern.

be careful if you are selling YEN, that means Buying YEN pairs in forex which is selling YEN actually,
so when i say i am BUying Yen that means i am selling USDJPY,
anyways today and yesterday remarks from JAPAN and today's morning move the Low was Good,
anyways i still think 145 is very much possible for Near term,
just look at USD Index and you may find it interesting look at daily chart and go back a little bit,
remember G20 meeting is starting tomorrow,
last intervention,
results i can show you,
just remember UJ buying might not be good idea Specially when Japan Govt is concerned,
i am not saying intervention or huge intervention, but minor intervention is Still a Possibility, and that could drive USDJPY down 200 pips easy,
have a look at Past History of Intervention.
and yes what did i do, when they intervened,
let me show you that as well,
you will see in the 1 chart about Intervention and Next chart is my Trading for Whole Year where i traded only Yen pairs for 1 year and one side and made hell of money.

price is bouncing between 4hr 3 touch trendline and daily pivot, so until either is broken we stay in that range

Its okay. Just checking how they hunt it. No ofense to noone but this is why never put SL. And yes, loses can be bigger but i must feel i entered correctly till i achieve perfection, otherwise i would feel i am gambling and not trading. Just my opinion
