hmm...since yesterday also smaller currencies (PLN,SEK anyway) flee to USD now, also CHF is sold off for weeks now already against USD. That could mean more pressure on GBP/USD south. Be careful with intraday trading, big institutions don't care about 10 or 20 pips pushing it further so they can hit your SL easily now.

Last Market Correction (1.2445 to 1.2458) could have happened but drop was more likely. Probably buy zone for some bigger players, that may be why GBP/USD is not heading more south.

Yeah, Euro is really ugly to trade currently. I cannot see much difference to EUR/GBP and before EUR/GBP was really crap against EUR/USD to trade from PA-Side view.

Years ago we had >100 pips everyday and 1 pip spread (without commission)
Now we have sometimes 30-70 pips a day and 1.5 spread without commission. That is awful compared to earlier times.

You need to look at EURUSD, EURGBP, AND GBPUSD together. And it helps to also have USDX to verify. EURGBP is useful only when USD is NOT the driving force of those 3 currencies.

In fact, the "market" always moves from swing H(L) to swing L (H) on one TF by making cycles on smaller TFs. And because of its fractal and self-similar nature, its just a matter of "zoom factor" used to see the relationship for any selected set of TFs.
