I think you have too much spare time on your hands. So:

2. Yes, there are so many red flags. Read his posts immediately after the mff incident occured. Clearly damage control at its finest...
3. You are spinnning the facts. I am not judge, police etc. just pointing out some obvious things SO MAYBE IN THE FUTURE SOME TRADERS WILL NOT GET CAUGHT IN THESE SCHEMES BY PRETENDED PROFITABLE TRADERS WITH 100S FUNDED ACCOUNTS, WHICH IN FACT ARE TAKING SOME FEES FROM THE GULLIBLES. If you dont get it, you dont get it...

I'm sure it is. Here I attached clearer picture for you to understand how Trading Explorer works on FF. Is it clear now that I don't have any open positions open at this time or you still cannot understand what you read?

IMO, "Market share" is the main issue. government, regulator , brokers, LP , banks all might be involved.
Prop firm is a chance for those average or poor financial status to work for a living, if this business model is legal.
It's a pity, the rich always win the games.

MFF could have properly researched how to setup in Canada and the US to comply with trading and banking rules. They don't appear to have done this which is why and how they got into trouble. I believe they could have set themselves up as a 'broker' instead of simply a private company. There would have been other compliance issues to take care of as well. In other jurisdictions there are other rules.
Interesting discussions on how this will or might roll out to other jurisdictions as well. Its all speculation right now.
