the wraith...its not too hard to spot the fakers...i wont call them scammers but i will call them charlatans

theres many of them all over FF. first hint should be lot size. if someone here opens 5 or 6 or even 10 trades with each one 5 standard lots or like at aussi's thread where guys open many 250 or 100 lot trades all in a couple pips of each other should ring the bullshit meter LOL

anyone swing trading that kind of size would own FF not be some schmuck posting on it like the rest of us LOL we're all pissant little retail traders on FF who do this parttime unless the person is retired than thats another story..id say 60 percent are parttime traders holding down jobs, 20 persent are young kids wanting to get rich withoiut holding down a real job after secondary school or university and the last 20 percent are retired like myself so spend more hours trading than the other two groups

going back to lot sizes...if someone really traded 250 standard lots or even 5 or 6 five standard lots they wouldnt entrust that kind of money to some shitbag bucketshop unregulated offshore retail forex broker from some piss poor country that uses MT4... they would have their money regulated and insured brokerage accounts trading regulated and insured futures products on real exchanges for safety sake. they also wouldnt pay the big ass spreads to a forex broker on a 250 lot order or the swap if they hold it overnight which they all seem to do. they would trade with a real broker that sends their orders to the exchange with its small spread and no swap fees because theyre futures contracts....so just use your common sense.

the second hint should be the guys that ALWAYS pick the absolute bottoms...thats the way ive traded for 5 years now and even i cant do it...ive demonstarted my ability to pick tops and bottoms last month on GU,AU NZD trades you can look up if anyone doubts me...it can be done frequently using limit orders at sup/res levels but not every single time...thats another charlatan

to make matters worse never ever believe or trust the guy that exits at the top or bottom all the time LOL....thats impossible to do all the time. nobody can sit and squirm while price meanders and spikes up and down without getting scared out early to protect profits...thats my one psychological fault. i get antsy the closer price stalls to my tp and fear giving up 10 or 20 pips while waiting and trying to squeeze out the last 1 or 2 pips for my tp to get hit LOL...thats human nature nobody can do that every time or even 1/2 the time swing trading...maybe can do it more often on a 1 min chart but most charlatans swing trade on FF...thats all demonstration bullshit to get an audience and followers and be the big man now because the guy wasnt one in high school or he gets picked on by the wife to be a better father or lover or just a better person LOL

than theres the people that post charts hours after the fact once the trade gets into profit since theyre embarrassed to show losses or show sitting in a drawdown

there all kinds of reasons someone fakes shit in here...popularity, attention, loneliness, escape the drudgery of a poor life, nagging wife, narcissism, jealousy, manic depression, schizophrenia and a multidude of other reasons

thats how i avoid the bullshit artists..theres some in here, in aussis thread and the auction market profile thread and the ones with multiple usernames who try pretending theyre someone else till FF catches them LOL

oh yeah, they can open a few accounts with opposing positions hide the position size and then at end of week choose to publish the account that was most successful without revealing how much money they actually bet on it.

And then there is the traders who have a continuously open single trade explorer and still able to succeed without cherrypicking the best one.

Kinda useless with hindsight charts or TE, users who never make a live call.
Have more respect for Nordling who atleast writes out his position even if he is 110 pips underwater

lot of new FF members were prop firm traders.. even old ones became prop traders too ..ftmo and the rest of them will get shut down cause futures exchanges want the fees these guys were supposed to pay for letting people trade dax,nasdaq, ftse, etc....these greedy bastards couldnt leave shit alone and just offer forex LOL they wanted to become futures prop firms

theres couple young innocent guys on prop thread lamenting the situation saying theyll have to go back to their old call center jobs in phillipines if MFF doesnt pay out by september 11th... which is never gona happen..the owner will probably go to prison
