I do think the uptrend is looking like it’s done and dusted. 12820 didn’t happen, the data we had today was a yellow one on Dailyfx but it seems to red in FF. either way it bitch slapped the pound.

...on dly t/f below that prev sw lo zone that extends down to 2616 is the prev 4hr/dly/wkly sw lo zone that extends down to 2591. Notice the 2 x fibs in the former zone they were breached on run down to 2616 but no candle close below them on this dly t/f so left them, on (for now.) Another downside fib just below that later zone. 2 x LL's and 2 x LH's now on this t/f. Wkly though is still currently in a general uptrend even if Dly might not be.

Glad I didn't trade Cable or other forex pair today due to all the Red news and poor figures out today. ( I usually trade Indices and demo one forex pair)If I did I am sure that drop would have caught me out because I think I would have been triggered into a long a few minutes before just under the ADR high. It would have taken a firm nerve to go short around 1.27200 and I am not sure I would have had that nerve to enter short at that point. I would now wait for signs of a "bounce" after that sudden move down ?

Look at the tick volume on the 1min chart. 400 odd for the 9.30 uk data whilst now it’s looking below 80
