i personally feel you go try a small amount to purchase a challenge account or direct funding account with strict rules will help you to comeback rather than demo

because demo there is no feeling and rules, you can hold as much as you want

I reckon if you keep repeating the same thing over-and-over, whether fact or fiction, the masses will eventually accept it as fact.

The AO is just MACD with periods 5, 34 and simple MA using the midpoint of the price bar as input. Why not just stick with the default MACD and tweak its settings to your liking?

Just a hunch, the MM's are facing challenges moving prices. DXY is bouncing off the high of the day. EU has bounced off the low of the day. GU appears to be following both of these 'right now' in a range. Even gold is ranging. I don't believe GU will move on its own.
