Hi mate one of the things new traders should learn is "consistency" of wins , has you know its a constant struggle to get consistency in wins , i was a long term trader a long time ago but found that has got its impediments like negative swaps news are just a few , one reason i turned to scalping was the short term gains which inproved my trading , it does not matter how you get the cash all have different ways to get it ,has it is ALL ABOUT THE CASH , kindest regards

Some of the best strategies have only a 40%-60% win rate. I prefer to look at my bottom line. Glad your trading has improved!

I trade both long/short term, not limited to FX. Not all brokers have swaps. Also, sometimes swaps run in your favor.

been trading FOREX for 40 plus years mate when phones were used to do the orders seen them come seen the go i also prefer to look at my bottom line ,

40 years..wow...how did you handle the requotes or were you at a bank

in 2000 i remember forex infancy and tried a demo and everytime i clicked the buy or sell button i got requoted and immediately wemt back to futures LOL

yes tech was so slow or none existent never worked in a bank had a grounding on the share markets which helped the transition to forex and of course min amount to get a account was $50000,00 unlike to day at $50 had mates in the banking which did help but nothing was easy
