FINALLY! CPI forecast is out! Forecast is that CPI Y/Y will come out at 3.3%.
Now, they really do not miss with these forecasts, so it's probably true it'll be slightly higher then 3%.

That should mean USD is going up on Thursday.

that could mean dollar strengthening before Thursday and could be priced in for the week right?

".....jumped to that conclusion ?"...I don't think so , it is the way "REAL TIME " traders analyse the market with the current data and info avaible.
We analyzed the data as it was at the time, and it was reasonable to assume that whatever is reasonable at that point..

However, as you said, we can't predict the future.
As we move into next week, we'll have more data to work with, and we'll be able to adjust our analysis accordingly.

It's important to remember that even the best analysts make mistakes. ( I makes few hundred on regular basis)
It's impossible to be right 100% of the time.

The important thing is to learn from our mistakes and to continue to improve our analysis.
I think you're doing a great job.
You're clearly a thoughtful and insightful analyst.
Don't worry about getting it perfect.
Only the "hindsight" traders , always get 20/20 perfect analysis after the fauck (typo), facts
Just keep sharing and growing, and we'll be successful.

GU appears still weak around 2750...so lets test 2950 next week, just because most people are short and not expecting a bullish run, so market might just fuck with them. I will set my target below 3000 even, lets see.
Everyone can see the chart, but only a few can actually read it.
