Candle all right? Crossed to BbandLow with all shadows. There is support for lowering it a little more, but there will probably be no problem. If there is a backlash, the actual troops will move with small feet, right?

If you look at Japans spending habits over many years, their primary insulations have been working with other nations for development and maintenance of past to present policies. Deals needed to ensure their training for special areas of activity. People are foolish to assume BOJ or Japan's YEN "situation" is about mismanagement or incompetence.
