Other than trading inside of yesterdays range and a retest of the low of the day, price isn't giving up much!

and by using common sense, do you still make 4 figure profit per trade or you made it to the next level, which is 5 or even 6 figure profit per trade?

another question: how do you improve the common sense?

and another one: how do you quantify the common sense?

I expect an answer not less than 2 pages, including the following key terms: tools, idiots, learn or dont learn and many blablabla, and, of course, common sense.

The question i kept asking myself, does rising yield curve always make a currency appreciate?
I guess Pakistan would be a good case to explain this scenario.

DXY 102.80 tested twice in last 24hrs. Good news for bulls it holds as expected.
I am confident of some upside movement and GBPUSD to remain afloat above 1.2700 if DXY 102.80 is not breached.

A positive GBP data could fuel the rocket.

Last time I didn't take 2 winning trades because of the news, namely AUD/USD and AUD/CAD, for both of which I had Short signal a day before RBA IR announcement.
Now, I did take a trade. It's GBP/AUD Long and we'll see today how will I treat the news from now on. If I lose the trade, because of the news, then I'll avoid trading the currency that has very important news like IR coming up. If it's winning, then I don't know what I'll do hahah. If I win then I don't care about news anymore at all.
Fed, BoE, CPI, NFP, IR... all of this stuff will hardly matter to me anymore if I win this trade. We'll see...

Actually, now that I think of it, I don't really have to be in this trade GBP/AUD to see if trade would be winning or not. LoL.
I exited the trade and will delete it from the Journal.

Today, I'll see.. if system I use can catch even what will happen on rate hike from some CB, then this system is a killer. If not, it's a killer anyways, I just won't trade that particular currency before major news and that's it.

EUR/USD Daily Chart

Price is very close to the End of the Buy Zone and there should be some reaction to it.
Likewise, GBP/USD could also go in a retrace if price on EUR/USD bounces off of the end of the Buy Zone.

G/M, Y/day a consec > 30day adr daty, a big bearish and 3rd consec bearish dly candle...finding support in the prev 1hr/4hr/dly sw lo zone that extends down to 2673. Downside breach of Asian lo in early London and now a bounce from that zone again. Asian/current dly hi remains untouched right now.

I don’t think they will. It looks like 0.25 all quiet and BAU. However if the overall statement is hawkish then maybe we will see a decent up move. Currently they are not on track to reduce inflation and although there was a drop it was due to factors that wasn’t down to the BoE efforts

For all of those 'once in a blue moon' types, the tail end of part 1 of the blue moon is still visible over North America

The dollar yen is a big uptrend, but it's been a little weaker and lower.
The pound-dollar rose due to the recoil, so I shorted it.
